Structure Description
The Wire Rope is designed for high-strength lifting, pulling, and downhole applications. It features a multi-strand steel wire structure with excellent tensile strength, flexibility, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The structure includes:
1. Steel Wire
- Made of high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel wires with high tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
- Multiple steel wires are twisted into strands to provide excellent load-bearing capacity, flexibility, and durability.
- The steel surface can be treated with galvanization or corrosion-resistant coating to improve protection in harsh environments.
2. Core Structure
- The rope core provides internal support and maintains the overall shape and stability of the wire rope.
- Available in fiber core, steel core, or customized core designs according to application requirements.
- The core improves flexibility, crushing resistance, and service performance.
3. Conductor (Optional)
- For special monitoring or electric wire rope applications, conductive elements such as copper wire can be integrated.
