Structure Description

The OEC Logging Cable is designed for engineering and production logging operations in demanding downhole environments. Its multi-layer structure provides excellent tensile strength, corrosion resistance, high-temperature endurance, and reliable signal transmission performance. The cable structure includes:

  1. Steel Wire Armor
    • High-strength steel wire armor provides superior tensile strength and mechanical protection.
    • The armored layer enhances resistance to pulling force, abrasion, impact, crushing, and external pressure during cable deployment and downhole operations.
    • It ensures stable performance in deep well and complex geological conditions.
  2. Conductor
    • The conductor consists of high-quality bare copper wire and an optical fiber tube.
    • Bare copper wire provides excellent electrical conductivity for power supply and signal transmission.
    • The optical fiber tube enables high-speed data communication and supports advanced logging and monitoring applications.
  3. Insulation Layer
