W1B-5.61×1.0 refers to a specialized, single-conductor armored geophysical well logging cable. These electro-mechanical wirelines are heavily used in oilfields, mining, and water drilling to lower subsurface measurement probes (tools) and transmit.

- High-temperature resistant polypropylene (PP), FEP, ETFE, or customized insulation material.

- Bedding / Cushion Layer
- Special protective layer applied over the insulation.
- Enhances mechanical protection and improves cable flexibility.
- Inner Armor Layer
- First layer of high-strength galvanized steel wires.
- Provides tensile strength and impact resistance.
- Outer Armor Layer
- Second layer of high-strength galvanized steel wires wound in the opposite direction.
- Increases crushing resistance, torque balance, and overall mechanical durability.
